Within walking distance from the three most beautiful beaches in the area, Lychnos beach, Piso Krioneri and, of course, Parga beach, our studios, like all our apartments, offer a unique combination of tranquility and seclusion whilst being easily accessible to all kinds of amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

For us, however, our most valuable asset is our warm smile and the joy we feel in offering genuine hospitality to all our guests!

The 50 sq.m independent apartment of our complex is designed to meet the needs of a couple or a family with 1 or 2 children.

In our newly constructed building (completed in 2022), you will find an apartment of 80 sq.m.

Tastefully furnished and with a fully equipped kitchen for complete autonomy on your vacation, this apartment is an ideal choice for families with children or large groups of friends and relatives.

With 2 bathrooms, one en-suite in the master bedroom and a shared one for all occupants, it can comfortably serve the needs of a family of three or four, as well as a group of up to 7 people.
